# Privacy Policy

Vekhi AI Technologies FZC values your privacy. This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes the privacy practices of Vekhi AI Technologies FZC in connection with the Favorite Coach mobile application (the "App") and the vekhi.com website (the "Site").

If you choose not to read through this entire Privacy Policy, we want you to leave with a few essential points about Vekhi AI Technologies FZC's data privacy practices:

- When you use our App or Site, some information about you is processed in order to provide the functionality of the App and Site (training scheduling, booking management, and communication between coaches and athletes);
- The App is a mobile application designed for two roles — **coach** and **athlete** — and the scope of processed data depends on the role you select;
- We don't collect your photo albums or contacts. The camera is used solely for scanning QR codes related to coach invitations;
- Authentication is performed via third-party providers (Apple, Google, email/password) through Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in plain text.

All terms that are not disclosed in this Privacy Policy have the meanings defined in the Terms of Service or applicable law.

If you use other sites or applications provided by Vekhi that are not mentioned in the preamble of this Privacy Policy, different privacy policies and/or privacy notices will apply to you.

Further on, we will provide more details about our privacy practices.

## 1. Information We Process

When you use the Services, we may process the following information:

1. **Account and profile data.** First name, last name, email address, avatar (if uploaded). For athletes, additional optional fields such as age and gender. For coaches — bio/description of the profile. You provide these data yourself during registration and profile editing.

2. **Data from external authentication providers.** When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or Yandex, we may receive your email address and (if available) name from those services. We do not receive your password.

3. **Contact details within the coach–athlete relationship.** When an athlete is linked to a coach, the coach may see contact details provided by the athlete: phone number, email, Telegram handle. These data are used exclusively for communication between a specific coach and their athletes.

4. **Training and booking data.** Information about created trainings (title, date, time, location, levels, tags), about your bookings, cancellations, and comments. Comments on cancellations/bookings are visible only to the addressee.

5. **Information about your interaction with the App and Site,** such as: 1) how you use the App and interact with it, including the features you use, your preferred language, the date and time when you first installed the App and the date and time when you launch the App; 2) how you interact with the Site, including sources of referrals to the Site, your preferred language, websites you visited before; 3) your consents and permissions that you have provided to the App and Site, as well as your refusals or individual privacy settings.

6. **Device-related information,** such as device model, device type, OS version, device language, device name, type of browser and screen resolution, IP address (with associated city/country location), device identifiers.

7. **Push notifications.** To deliver notifications about events (new booking, cancellation, slot release, invitation) we use your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging token. You can disable notifications in the settings of your device.

8. **Purchase confirmations** that you are a paid subscriber or that you paid for an in-App purchase from your application store (if applicable).

9. **Support communications.** When you contact us, we may collect information about your name, email address, and other communication-related information.

Also, your application store may provide us with some information when you launch the App using Sign In with Apple or Sign-In with Google (for example, email address).

Regardless of the processing of some identifiers, such as IP address, or email address (if we are provided with one by your application store), that are generally considered personal information, we are not in a position to identify you by your personal name and address on the basis of these identifiers.

We may collect your information from the App and the Site using cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

The App and the Site are not intended for children under 13 years of age (unless another age limit is established by law), as well as for other underage users who require parental consent to process their data. Please do not upload User Content with such individual's information unless you are their parent or guardian. If you are the guardian or parent of such children, do not allow them to use the App or Site.

## 2. Purposes of processing

We may process your information for the following purposes:

1. To provide you with the Services, such as to ensure the operation of the App and Site and provide application functionality (registration and authentication, training scheduling, bookings and cancellations, delivery of push notifications, communication between coaches and athletes), technical support and maintenance, and communications about the Site and the App.

2. To improve our App and Site, such as performing analytical research on aggregated App users and Site visitors' data to enhance user experience, the effectiveness and stability of the App and Site.

3. For testing, troubleshooting and researching to ensure the quality and the proper functioning of our service.

4. For marketing and promotion of our Service.

5. For Safety and Fraud prevention.

6. For compliance with law.

Also, we may turn personal information into anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including analyzing, improving and promoting the Service.

We will retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we have set out in this Privacy Policy unless a different retention period is permitted or required by applicable law. You may also ask that we delete your information by contacting us or use a special deletion option in the App settings if available.

## 3. How we may share your information

We may share your information with:

1. Our subsidiaries and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy;

2. Service providers, such as cloud providers (including Google Firebase — authentication, push notifications, data storage), customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services, that perform services on our behalf or help us operate the App and the Site and may use your information only as directed or authorized by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy;

3. Other users of the App, as part of its functionality. For example: a coach can see the profiles and contact details of the athletes linked to them; an athlete can see the public profile of the coach they are linked to and the schedule of that coach's trainings;

4. Professional advisors, such as lawyers and auditors, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

We may transfer or assign your personal data in the course of corporate divestitures, consolidations, mergers, acquisition, reorganization or other transfers of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.

We might need to disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, legal requests, and legal processes, such as responding to subpoenas or government authorities' requests, or for compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes mentioned earlier.

Also, we may exchange your information with Apple App Store and Google Play to collect and process payments for subscription to the App and in-App purchases. If we receive from your application store a notification about a refund request for a subscription or an in-App purchase from you, we may disclose to your application store the information regarding your purchase consumption.

If we transfer your personal information internationally, these countries may not provide the same protection as the data protection laws where you are based. Where we transfer information internationally, we make sure a) the data transfer complies with applicable law; and b) the relevant safeguards are in place to afford adequate protection for your personal information.

We utilize commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information gathered through our Services. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of any information you provide, as malicious entities may attempt to access, disclose, alter, or destroy your data.

We ask for your cooperation in this effort. You are responsible for keeping your information confidential and always managing access to communications between yourself and Vekhi. We hold no responsibility for the functionality, privacy, or security practices of any other organization.

## 4. Your Choices, Permissions and Consents

You may opt out of the push notifications we may send you by changing the settings on your mobile device.

You may revoke any permission you previously granted to us, such as permission to access your camera (used for scanning QR invitation codes), through the settings on your mobile device.

You may edit or delete the data of your profile within the App at any time; in such a case it will be deleted from active systems within a reasonable time technically necessary to process your choice.

Where required under applicable law:
- we may process your personal information for some purposes based on your consent, which you may refuse or which you may withdraw at any time;
- we may provide you with information relating to storing information and gaining access to information stored on your device, inter alia about the purposes of the processing, and offer you the right to refuse such processing.

## 5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to your personal information, including:

1. **Access Information:** Obtain details on how we have collected and used your personal information. This information is provided in this Privacy Policy, so you do not need to request it separately.
2. **Access Personal Data:** Request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you. If applicable, we will provide this information in a portable, machine-readable, and easily usable format.
3. **Correct Inaccuracies:** Request corrections to any inaccurate or outdated personal information.
4. **Request Deletion:** Ask for the deletion of personal information that is no longer necessary for providing services or for other lawful purposes.
5. **Exercise Additional Rights:** Exercise further rights, such as objecting to and requesting restrictions on our use of your personal information.

California residents can empower an "authorized agent" to submit requests on their behalf. We will require authorized agents to confirm their identity and authority, in accordance with applicable laws.

## 6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We maintain the right to update this Privacy Policy at any moment. Should there be material changes, we will alert you by revising the date on this Privacy Policy and making it available on the App and Site. We might also, and will if legally required, inform you of changes through other methods deemed likely to reach you, such as via the App.

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will become effective once the new terms are posted on the Site and/or after the changes are implemented on the App and Site (or as otherwise specified at the time of posting). By continuing to use our services after a revised Privacy Policy has been posted, you agree to the updated terms.
